Every time we open our mouth, we make a choice:

"How do I feed my body today?"

Every single bite of food feeds every part of your body from your:

organs, blood chemistry, muscles, hormones, nervous system, cells,

your bones, your immune system and your thoughts.

Our cooking classes use organic, locally grown, non-GMOs, mineral and vitamin-rich foods.

When you eat right for your body you eat right for you life.

Testimonial:

I highly recommend working with Irma Jennings if you are seeking an impactful and permanent change in your relationship with food. I wanted to set myself up for success when I decided to embark upon the Whole30 elimination diet.  With the help of Irma, it was a tremendously educational experience that has permanently impacted my relationship with food and cooking. Irma introduced me to new spices, food storage tips, recipes, and a number of resources for future support. Today, I am meal planning, food sourcing, and cooking with great satisfaction and confidence.  Nora Mullen, PA
